This 36" inside diameter x 36" inside length steel lined ball mill is jacketed. Patterson - Ludlow Division serial number 70-2924, customer order number 24644N identifies this mill which has a jacket test pressure 35 psi and internal pressure of 14 psi and a working pressure in the jacket of 25 psi and an internal pressure of 14 psi. A grated discharge and grinding door is included. The U.S. motor is 10 hp with 220/440 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle electrical service. The motor is equipped with an electrically operated brake. A ring and pinion drive the mill which is on cast iron stands with a discharge clearance of approximately 15". Stands can be elevated for additional discharge clearance. The drive motor and drive are mounted on a fabricated metal base which is attached to one stand of the ball mill to engage the ring and pinion gears. Sold on an "as is" basis.
