Electrical Retrofit 1. A new OTC Fanuc CNC Control will be installed. Control features will be provided to make machine totally functional. Additional options may be purchased. 2. An interface cabinet will be installed to marry control and machine. 3. New axis Fanuc motors and drives will be installed for X and Z axes. 4. A new 50 HP Fanuc Spindle Motor and drive will be installed. 5. New encoder feecback will be installed for X, Z and spindle axes. 6. New limit switches will be installed for axis overtravel and homing. 7. Machine will be completely rewired. 8. All functions will be test run to insure proper operation. 9. Machine will be installed by NCR. Mechanical Rebuild 1. New Century Remanufacturing will completely disassemble machine to bare castings. 2. All parts will be cleaned and laid our for inspection to determine repair or replace. 3. Cross rail will be reground flat and parallel. 4. Saddle will be returcited and scraped to fit cross rail. 5. Turret ram ways will be reground. 6. Turret ram will be refit to saddle. 7. All gibbs will be returcited and fit to slides. 8. X ans Z axis ballscrews will be rebuilt. 9. Turret assembly will be rebuilt. 10. Table will be removed and bearing checked and replaced as required. 11. Headstock assembly will be checked and repaired as required. 12. All bearings, bushings, seals and wipers will be replaced as required. 13. Machine will be assembled to original OEM tolerances.
